New Bedford Prevention Partnership Improving the Quality of Life in New Bedford through Prevention What is New bedford Youth court? New Bedford Youth Court is a restorative justice program for youth by youth. The New Bedford youth court respondents are affending youth between the ages of 8 & 16, who are primararily first time offenders. Respondents must be referred by an authorized agency such as school, police, or the courts. High school students serve as prosecuting attorneys and other court personnel.
